GINCO is fortunate to be part of this burgeoning country’s ever-growing skyline, contributing to the country’s’ success by working alongside its partners.

GINCO General Contracting is an engineering contracting firm specialized in construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of various commercial, industrial, residential and institutional establishments for over 35 years.

With a fully integrated firm of Engineers, GINCO operates out of five branches – Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Doha, Cairo and its headquarters in Dubai. Employing over 3,300 staff across its five offices, it is as multinational as the UAE itself with over 13 nationalities from Asia and the Middle East working in harmony. GINCO has full service capability, which includes but is not limited to contract documentation, project management, execution and supervision of all types of construction.

GINCO was incorporated in 1975 by Mr. Gheyath Mohammad Gheyath, Chairman of GINCO Group of Companies, who realized that he could only reach his objectives with well-educated and dynamic technical and managerial staff, sharing the common ideal.
